How much should a writer push
a publisher? When do friendly nudges turn into annoyingly pointy elbows in the
gut? When does silence speak for itself? When does an author simply move on?
Even after 8 years in the business, I haven’t a bloody clue…
And that, my dear friends, is simply infuriating.
